How to Train for a Kettlebell Lifting Competition?
If you're Brand New to Kettlebells, Click here to email your request to sign up for one of our instructional workshops! The workshop is a small group setting where certified instructors will work with you bio-mechanically to teach you the basic technique associated with Kettlebell training. Once you've attended the workshop, you are encouraged to attend Group classes to sharpen your skills until your become proficient.
Then, when you've gotten about 3-6 months of training under your wings you will be eligible to Train specifically for GS Competition with one of our Certified Trainers.
How to Enter a Kettlebell Lifting Competition?
Each Organization has it's own Regulations, so you'll want to check out their website before you enter.
