People often focus on the elite performers and lose sight of what it takes to build a base of conditioning. We compare ourselves to the elite and lose focus in self improvement. My VIP Diet & Physique Team Journey
Last November 2009 I made the decision that I wanted to become healthier. I had never considered myself overweight and had always tried my hardest to be fit and healthy. I have taught aerobics for twelve years and have been running for six years. I had really put my time in the gym working and helping others become fit. Two years ago I started kettle bells. I quickly realized I must have been missing the boat somewhere before this as the people who worked out there were visibly becoming healthy and full of energy, unlike the people I was used to seeing at the regular gym. It was amazing!! It was like they were taking it to the next level of fitness and really wearing their fitness in their actions and energy. People at kettle bells were the whole package of what fitness was in my head. They look energized, tone, happy, and muscles were more defined.
As I became more involved in the classes, I found it rewarding being around high energy people loving what they do. While observing and listening, I heard statements like: “Wear your Fitness,” “Feed your body for Nutrition instead of just hunger,” “It's 80% what you eat and 20% what you do,” .... the motivating comment were endless. This gym is really a positive atmosphere!!
While getting to know Liberty, I realized how motivating, knowledgeable, and helpful she is. She'ss a very giving person who enjoys helping others become healthier and happier. She has a positive way of sharing her wealth of knowledge with others ad personalizes your diet and workouts to help you reach your goals. I have to say that I have been able to look in the mirror every week since November and see a change! She created a workout and diet individualized for "my" body and lifestyle ....and it really worked!!
Joining Liberty and her Physique Team has been one of the most important steps I have taken in my life. I love the way I feel and look! More importantly I love that I am becoming healthy. Yes I have lost weight but I have also gained muscle and learned how to feed my body so that I feel and look my best. I have never had more energy in my life. I use to have hypoglycemic problems had dizzy spells, but through The VIP Diet I have learned to feed my body what it needs to be stable and balanced. The dizzy and crashed feelings I use to get are now gone.
I owe Liberty and her Team a big Thank You.!! I have learned so much in a short period of time and the results are coming quickly.
