The Diet Doc Permanent Weight Loss Program What to Expect At time of receipt, there will be a One-on-one Consultation to assess your health and dieting history, get an idea what type of diet that is going to be best for you, go over some very important physiological principles that will help you understand your body better, and to actually create the first phase of your program that day.
I’ll begin a follow up system that asks you to email me every day. I want to see how you are doing, see if there’s anything I can do or suggest that can make it easier or better, and give you a chance to ask me any questions you have. I don’t want you to have to wait until another appointment – I want you to have daily access to me.
Even with the constant communication, we want you to come back in the next week to go over what you’re doing so far. I know sometimes it’s easier to get things spread out on the table and review some things and look for the next best steps to take.
You are also invited to the weekly group educational meetings to continue the learning process about your physiology. See the schedule list below. As we progress one-on-one, there is still a lot of information that I know will help you so I have some great presentations that will really surprise you. You can even bring a spouse or friend to meeting #1 as it’s a great overview of nutrition. These meetings will repeat every 4 weeks, so don’t worry if you can’t make one because you’ll get the chance to catch it on the second round.
Once we get the first two weeks of nutrition underway, and if you have chosen the package including the fitness evaluation & training, I’ll want to meet with you again to do a consultation and start working on those goals. Just like the nutrition, this has to fit you and be what you want, but we also want to make sure you have a plan that is safe and effective.
