3 Month Nutritional Science VIP Diet Program

I'm excited that you’re thinking about dialing in your health & nutrition in addition to trying the Kettlebell training!

Sometimes it’s those last few pounds that are the hardest to lose and exercise alone won’t do it. 

My VIP Diet program is very unique in that it is different for each person.  I like to educate my clients on how food affects their body hormonally so that they understand they why behind the way they are eating.  It’s a very gentle transition for 3-6 months into eating smaller portions, meal spacing (so eating approximately 5-6 feeding per day) and also making sure that there is enough healthy protein and not overdoing the carbs at each meal.  It is nothing crazy or trendy….just wholesome balanced nutrition.  My clients love it and find it very easy to live with as it revolves around staying structured during the week and then having a weekly meal where you “overfeed” …which is a chance to eat some of the foods you’ve been craving like pasta, pizza, dessert, bread, etc…..

This makes it easier to plan around special events, holidays, time with friends/family, etc and lets you be a real person.  Some people call it their “cheat feeding”. 

The process involves an initial meeting (approximately 1.5 - 2 hrs) where I gather more information about you:  Your health history, medications, food likes/dis-likes and we set realistic goals together...  then I help you prepare and build menus using the foods you enjoy and providing you with detailed information so we can build your food arsenal and increase your nutrition IQ...so you are 100% prepared BEFORE you start.

I promise I will never ask you to eat anything that you don’t like and if you’re a picky eater, we just work harder to find foods that you do like to fit into your own menus.  You’ll just need to be willing to put some time into the initial planning and tracking of the foods you eat….there is really no way around that one as we have to be objective about how much you’re eating at each feeding in order to get into a controlled weight loss scenario.   If the thought of that scares you, then we can start with just monitoring carbs and see where it goes.
